🎥 The Role
We’re looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to own Taily’s brand voice and bring it to life across every channel — from social campaigns to events, press, and partnerships. This is a strategic + creative role for someone who understands how to build emotional connections with customers while keeping performance in mind.
You’ll lead campaigns, work cross-functionally with our social, influencer, and performance teams, and ensure Taily shows up consistently and powerfully wherever pet parents are.
🔑 What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute brand campaigns that build awareness, affinity, and sales (seasonal launches, lifestyle pushes, PR moments).
- Shape and protect Taily’s brand voice, look, and feel across all marketing channels.
- Collaborate with Social Media, Influencer, and Performance teams to ensure campaign integration.
- Partner with PR, events, and retail teams to create buzzworthy brand activations.
- Build and manage campaign calendars — ensuring every initiative ties back to business goals.
- Lead the development of branded assets: campaign visuals, messaging frameworks, and storytelling guides.
- Analyze results and customer feedback to continually refine brand strategy.

- A brand builder who knows how to turn a product into a movement.
- Creative and strategic — can see the big picture but also write a killer campaign brief.
- Experienced in lifestyle, DTC, or CPG marketing (pet or wellness space a plus).
- Strong communicator who can rally teams, agencies, and partners around a vision.
- Trend-savvy — you know what’s happening culturally and how to plug a brand into it.
- Data-aware — you value creativity, but you track impact.
🎯 Qualifications
- 4+ years in brand marketing, campaign management, or creative strategy.
- Portfolio or case studies of successful campaigns you’ve led.
- Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or cross-functional creative teams.
- Strong writing, messaging, and storytelling skills.Knowledge of PR, events, and social-first campaigns a plus.
