Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 60-day return policy for all regular, non-subscription orders, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unopened, unused, with all original tags and packaging intact. You’ll also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Subscription Orders

Refunds for subscription orders are only eligible if the product is unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging.

Once a subscription order has been opened or used, it cannot be returned or refunded.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out to us before sending it back.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your original item, and once your return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
