Do I need a big following?
No. Micro creators are just as welcome as mega. Authenticity and consistency matter more than follower count, and the retainer path is open to everyone who performs.
What if I'm not on TikTok Shop?
No problem. TikTok Shop unlocks commissions and GMV campaigns, but flat-rate paid posting is available on any platform: Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, or TikTok without Shop.
How and when do I get paid?
TikTok Shop commissions are paid through TikTok. Campaign payments and bonuses are handled through Growi. [CHRIS: exact payout cadence and methods]
